Terms and Conditions of Enrollment: Summer Courses for Students Aged 13–18
Particulars
OCM will provide access to the general facilities of the campuses to campus staff and students, other summer school students, other summer school organizations, and campus conference delegates.
The student must promptly provide OCM with their full name, address, date of birth, and any special medical, accommodation, educational, or dietary requirements, as well as any other information requested by OCM. This information should be provided no later than 60 days before the course’s commencement.
Non-Refundable Program Planning Fee
To confirm their enrollment in the chosen course or courses, the student must make a payment to OCM in pounds sterling. This payment is a non-refundable program planning fee.
Acceptance of Contract
By making the non-refundable program planning fee payment, the student indicates their acceptance of the terms outlined in this contract.
Effect of Contract
Upon OCM’s receipt of the non-refundable program planning fee from the student or on the student’s behalf, this contract becomes valid and enforceable.
Bank Charges
The student is responsible for any applicable bank charges incurred when making payments to OCM.
Contract Signing
After acceptance into the program, a formal contract will be provided. In the case of students under 18, a parent or guardian is required to sign and submit the contract.

English Proficiency-
For students who are not native English speakers, it is necessary to demonstrate their English proficiency by submitting either satisfactory transcripts or test scores. Please be aware that students who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to proceed with the registration process.
Test of Critical Reading and Writing Skills
Before initiating the registration process, you must achieve a passing score on our online critical reading and writing skills (CRWS) test. This test must be completed as a prerequisite for registration.
